THE CONCEPT
Thin for Life is a diet plan that users follow from a series
of books written by Lynn Grieger, entitled Eating Thin for
Life. The plan was concieved by the author interviewing over
100 people who have lost upwards of 20 pounds and kept it off
for over 3 years. By using the information given by these people,
the author created several approaches to dieting that users can
even manipulate to their own personal requirements in order to
achieve weight loss.
THE PLAN
The plan is actually several aproaches to your weight loss, giving
users the ability to follow a certain approach that best fits
their goals and their means. Users may also combine aspects of
each approach if necessary. The plan calls for a few lifestyle
changes, meaning that while following the plan, you are also modifying
behavior so that the system can control your weight for the rest
of your life.
This plan is a good choice for weight loss, it does not rely
on fad dieting, or claim incredible results within a few days,
it promotes gradual weight loss over time, creating a more nutirition-aware
person while helping you control your weight.
