high protein consumption, and the use of vitamin supplements.
THE PLAN
The diet claims that weight loss is achieved through the combination
and consumption of certain foods, yet it actually happens because
of the lack of calories.
Meals consist of fruits, vegetables, animal sources of protein
in unlimited quantities. People can find the ability to eat meat
in large amounts appealing, however animal meat is a source of
cholesterol, and you may find yourself consuming dangerous amounts
of substances that promote heart disease.
The diet is very low in many essential elements to a healthy
diet. By limiting carbohydrates, users may find themselves lacking
energy, having trouble thinking. The body may enter ketosis, and
high protein diets are generally not recommended.
