PITFALLS

When deciding to go on a program, people usually choose something that provides a certain aspect that appeals to them. Some offer weight loss by cutting out a type of food, such as the Atkins diet, which reduced weight management to simply cutting out your carbs. No more counting calories, or weighing portion sizes, simple, and claims to be effective. HOWEVER the Atkins diet is seriously flawed.
