Programs are not all bad. Many are designed to be support structures,
and that is what many dieters need. Information, support groups,
forums for question asking and motivation, and ideas for shaping
and maintaning your body.
The problem is the programs that create a dependance on them
in order to keep wieght off. Many programs do, and they make it
impossible to stay on track without buying in to the next step
of the program, or paying another monthly fee. But a good program
will work to better educate you, to prepare you for a life of
healthy eating and good habits, an overall healthy lifestyle.
