CONCLUSION
Pills are a luring concept, yet you should be very weary of what
the pills might be doing to you beyond what the advertisment or
the bottle may claim. Read up on any pills you might be taking,
and do not take a "fat-burner" if you are only overweight.
Many of these diet pills are meant for obese individuals, and
could be dangerous for others.
Supplements are even less regulated that other pills, and have
the benefit of claiming "herbal" on their packaging
as well. But the diet supplement industry can mislead consumers
and even have them taking pills they do not need. Speak to your
doctor before taking anything, as harmless as the pill may seem,
some can be harmful and others a complete waste of time.
