INTRODUCTION
Health has grown in importance over the last few years. People
are more and more becoming aware that obesity is overtaking the
nation, and causing more and more illnesses and even deaths. People
are getting tired of being out of shape, and feel the pressure
to have nice bodies.
Health is much more than simply "looking good", it
involves having a body that functions optimally, with complete
nutrition to help everything work properly. Health can help you
live a longer life, with less disease.
Health takes alot of commitment, since it involves more than
just eating right, or exercise, but a combination of good eating,
exercising, changing your behavior to steer away from bad eating
habits we develop over the course of our lives.
