Exercise is an integral part of good health. Mainly because of the concept of the energy balance, that weight loss and gain is directly related to the surplus or shortage of calories we consume and burn in our day. Eating less calories than we require is one half of weight management, the other half is increasing what we burn by adding more physical activity to our lives.

Exercise, again, does not have to be done at the gym. It can be adding simple little physical activities into your life that help burn calories. Going as far as working out, you can add a new level to your health by working your muscles and by adding to your endurance, giving you more energy to do even more.

Exercising also helps your body in other ways. Exercise makes your body release endorphins, which increase your happiness, and make you sleep better. The more you exercise, the more energy you have during the day, and the better you perform.
