BASICS
The basics to good health are simple. Having a low level of stored
body fat, muscles and organs in good working condition, a body
full of required vitamins and minerals, and endurance built up
by proper exercise and eating.
Our number one suggestion for taking a step towards good health
is cutting out fast food. Fast food restaurants are the leading
culprit in the health epidemic we are facing these days. With
almost everything they serve being refined foods, the drinks being
full of sugar and unnecessary carbs, and the side dishes being
fried in oil, nothing at fast food restaurants is to help you
stay healthy. Even with adding salads to the menu, the smartest
thing is just to stay away from them!
Exercising is a major hump to get over for many people, because
almost no one has the innate desire to get to the gym 3-4 times
a week for an hour of sweating out a workout. But to be healthy,
we need atleast some physical activity in our lives. By adding
a weekly sport, or walking for an hour on your lunch break 3 times
a week, you can do wonders for your health.
