Nutrition is an aspect of fitness that alot of people overlook.
They think that by eating less, you automatically achieve weight
loss that is healthy. Yet you still need a certain number of calories
per day to provide your body with enough energy for your functions
be operating optimally.
Nutrition also has to do with what kind of calories you consume,
and what vitamins and minerals you are getting from your diet.
Everyone requires approximately the same amounts of all vitamins
and minerals every day through their diets. The "Recommended
Daily Intake" for every vitamin, mineral, and calorie is
given for every body type, for men and women. We need all of this
"nutrition" for our bodies to function properly.
Choosing foods that provide all of the nutrients we need is the
most important part of dieting. Weight loss is not healthy and
sustainable unless it is done while keeping your body in perfect
operating condition.
Nutrition is very important, and it can mean the difference between
a shorter and longer life, being sick for longer than you have
to be, and having enough energy to enjoy your life as much as
