Obesity is a physical state that causes constant anxity. It not only shortens the life span of a person but makes his life miserable by causing many grave diseases, such as high blood pressure. Obesity adversely affects a person's efficiency and so he is not able to participate in many activities. We can detect our obesity and overcome that some type of illness.
Obesity is that state of the body in which weight of the body is higher at least by 10% than the ideal or the desirable weight. If percentage is 20% then the obesity is severe obesity. Obesity is undisputable fact and risks associated with obesity are directly proportionate to the amount of accumulated fat.
Obesity creates many problems in our body.
- Muscles: Muscles of a fat person are very soft and weak. Obese person have inadequate co-ordination between muscles and the nervous system. If muscles are weak and loose they cannot support the internal organs of body and therefore they do not remain secure in their proper position and easily get displaced. So these people always become victims of different types of hernia.
- Joints and bones: Joints of a fat person are stiff and so their bodies are less flexible and they cannot bend their bodies easily. Fat children are more prone to congenital and acquired deformities of bones and joints.
To remove those problems only solution is to plan your diet and exercise for fitness. There are many exercises which keep person healthy and fit. Exercises help person to spend energy and reduce his weight. There are many physical activities like walking, running, gardening, cycling, skipping, dancing etc. Physical activity plays a vital role in reducing weight. Besides this, daily exercise can also play an important role in losing your weight and keep you healthy and fit.
