INTRODUCTION
Exercise is an important part of maintaining good health. The
mass conception is that in order to lose weight, we need only
diet. We believe that by cutting calories we will drop the necessary
pounds, and keep that weight off. But eating less food, we might
lose weight, but our bodies will be deprived of all the essential
energy and vitamins it requires to be healthy and function properly.

combined with exercise is the most effiecient, healthiest way
to exercise.
