EXERCISING

Exercising is something everyone should be doing but no one does. It has to do with motivation, time (or lack of it), energy levels, location, and information. People don't realize what constitutes exercise, if they did they would be able to do more of it. Exercise can include walking to the store, doing a few push ups, etc. The form of exercise that will have drastic, long-lasting effects is the type in a regiment. People who work out a few times a week, with appropriate equipment like you find in a gym.

Exercising can be hard to follow, because it tires us out, we have trouble finding the time and motivation to get to the gym 3 times a week. But exercising properly is a feat by itself. It is very advisable to have a personal trainer with you on your first visit to the gym. He can show you which exercises will get you the results you're looking for and how to perform them properly. Just by doing this, your workouts will be more efficient
