The 3 day diet is easy and you need to drink more than 4 glasses of water plus low calorie food. Dieter is also required to consume grapefruit, coffee (black) or tea without sugar (sweetner can be used). Some believe that one can lose uptp 10 pounds in 3 days.
Some items can be substituted or can be changed in quantity but the excess amount of tea, coffee etc. work as diurectic. It can be taken at the start of dieting to put oneself at the right feame of mind but balanced diet is the right way to go.

- The rate of weight loss is not healthy
