DAY DIET - MEAL PLAN
INSTRUCTIONS:
Drink diet soda or water 4 times a day.
Ketchup, mustard, lemon, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire, herbs,
salt and pepper are allowed for taste.
DAY 1
BREAKFAST - Black coffee (or tea) with 1-2 packets of sweetener,1/2
Grapefruit or Juice, 1 piece of toast with a tablespoon of peanut
butter.
LUNCH - 1/2 cup of tuna, 1 piece of toast, black coffee with
sweetener.
DINNER - 3 Oz. chicken, 1 cup of green beans, 1 cup of carrots,
1 apple, and 1 cup plain vanilla ice cream.
DAY 2
BREAKFAST - black coffee with sweetener, 1 egg (cooked any way),
half a banana, 1 piece of toast.
LUNCH - 1 cup of cottage cheese (or 1 cup of tuna), 6 to 8 plain
saltine crackers.
DINNER - 2 beef franks, 1 cup of cabbage (or broccoli), 1/2
a cup of carrots, half a banana, half a cup of vanilla ice cream.
