DAY 3
BREAKFAST - black coffee with sweetener, 4
to 6 plain saltine crackers, 1 oz. cheddar cheese, 1 apple.
LUNCH - 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 piece of toast,
black coffee with sweetener.
DINNER - 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup of carrots, 1
cup of cauliflower or broccoli, 1 cup of melon (any kind), a half
cup of vanilla ice cream.
FINAL NOTES
Keep in mind that after the three days have been completed,
it is necessary to return to a normal diet for several days. This
diet apparently can be repeated as many times as necessary, but
not without a 5 to 7 day wait before repeating the meal plan.
